Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their electronic product needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Demonstrate product features, functionalities, and benefits to drive sales conversions.
- Provide expert advice on technical specifications, compatibility, and usage of electronic devices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the retail team to maintain store displays, inventory, and product knowledge updates.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in electronics, including smart home devices, wearables, and mobile technology.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in electronics or technology.
- Strong passion for electronics and familiarity with the latest gadgets, appliances, and smart devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for electronic devices and willingness to learn technical details.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
