Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to high-end clients, recommending premium skincare and aesthetic products tailored to their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Host exclusive beauty workshops, product launches, and VIP events to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, product innovations, and industry best practices to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns in-store and online.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up on consultations to maximize conversion rates.
- Represent Mirage Aesthetic with professionalism and passion at all times, embodying the brand’s luxury standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty sales, retail, or client-facing roles (luxury brands preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-net-worth clients.
- Deep knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry trends (certifications in aesthetics or dermatology are a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and luxury service with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client needs.
