Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting key features and benefits of electronic products.
- Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, addressing inquiries about product specifications, compatibility, and usage.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable electronic solutions to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including product guides, FAQs, and training documents for customers and internal teams.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, warranty claims, and customer feedback collection.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or technical support, preferably in the electronics or consumer goods industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic products, including smartphones, home appliances, audio equipment, or related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
