Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, foot traffic, and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and improve store profitability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Participate in management trainee programs to gain exposure to leadership roles and business strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMU/K) for Team Leader role or Diploma for Management Trainee.
- Maximum age: 26 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and customers.
- Proven leadership ability or potential, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail operations or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for the retail industry and a desire to grow within the company.
