Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Fitflop products, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout, including product displays, signage, and inventory presentation.
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring all products are available and displayed according to brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet daily operational goals, including opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in footwear or fashion).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and trends, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
