As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in Plan Journey Package (PJP) management, ensuring seamless execution of retail strategies, team coordination, and performance optimization. Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a retail team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement Plan Journey Package (PJP) strategies to optimize team performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and health/safety regulations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in team management, sales, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and PJP strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with retail software (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools) is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
