Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory management, and sales tracking tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
