Responsibility
- Provide personalized fragrance and beauty consultations to customers, understanding their preferences and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space in accordance with brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty consulting, or customer service roles.
- Strong passion for fragrances, cosmetics, and the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Proven sales ability with a customer-centric approach.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a keen sense of style.
- Basic computer skills for sales tracking and inventory management.
- Previous experience with luxury or international brands is a plus.
