Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory is well-organized.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, receiving shipments, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a motivating and high-energy work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills and experience with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and staying updated on industry trends.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
