We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant / Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and support in our retail pharmacy outlets across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering product recommendations.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and monitoring expiration dates.
- Process sales transactions and handle cashier duties with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Promote health and wellness products to customers, enhancing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and order processing.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in Pharmacy or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
