As a Sales Design Advisor, you will be the face of Dekoruma, guiding clients through our premium product offerings, providing expert design consultations, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional needs. You’ll work in a dynamic, customer-centric environment where creativity and sales excellence drive success.
Whether you’re advising on furniture selections, space planning, or material finishes, your role will be pivotal in creating memorable customer experiences while contributing to Dekoruma’s growth in Bali’s thriving design market.
Responsibility
- Provide personalized design consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting Dekoruma’s home improvement and interior design products.
- Conduct in-store and virtual presentations to showcase product features, benefits, and design possibilities.
- Collaborate with the design and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, product knowledge, and industry innovations to provide expert advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering follow-up support and post-purchase assistance.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store events, promotions, and workshops to drive foot traffic and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or interior design, preferably in the home improvement or furniture industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for interior design, architecture, or home decor with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD), or sales management systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
