Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client interaction reflects Longines' values of elegance, tradition, and innovation.
- Provide expert product knowledge on Longines' collections, including technical specifications, heritage, and craftsmanship.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, offering personalized follow-ups and exclusive previews.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation, ensuring displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to provide insightful recommendations.
- Handle client inquiries, after-sales service, and warranty processes with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for horology and a keen interest in the luxury market.
- Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for Bali.
