Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, offering personalized product recommendations and beauty consultations.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space in alignment with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive sales and loyalty.
- Monitor stock levels, restock merchandise, and report low inventory to management.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and participate in promotional events.
- Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (preferably in luxury or cosmetics).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, or skincare with a willingness to learn.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for Bali.
