Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety standards, and local retail regulations.
- Collaborate with regional managers to identify opportunities for store expansion, renovations, or product assortment adjustments.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in consumer electronics, fashion, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail demands.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
