Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of retail associates to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Monitor daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team training and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and accountability.
- Collaborate with store management to analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales, meeting targets, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and retail software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
