Responsibility
- Supervise and lead retail staff to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with operational standards, hygiene, and customer service protocols.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with area managers to align on regional goals and operational improvements.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in consumer goods or FMCG.
- Proven track record in driving sales, operational efficiency, and team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail audits, compliance checks, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
