Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by coaching staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed to maintain brand reputation.
- Coordinate with the store manager to implement promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment aligned with brand guidelines.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail, preferably in luxury or footwear brands.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by store scheduling needs.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is advantageous.
