Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily department operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Implement and monitor FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock control to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
- Oversee merchandise display, ensuring products are attractively presented and aligned with promotional strategies.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily inventory reports, tracking stock levels and identifying discrepancies.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales promotions, visual merchandising, and operational improvements.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, hypermarkets, or grocery stores.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and management.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer complaints and operational challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, inventory software) and MS Office.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
