Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a multi-location sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance, productivity, and career development.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales reports, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and retail best practices across all locations.
- Resolve customer escalations and team conflicts professionally to maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotions, visual merchandising, and in-store events.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in sales tracking tools, POS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Prior experience in multi-location retail management is a plus.
