Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Handle cash management, including opening/closing registers and reconciling daily sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, expenses, and staff productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences in Bali.
