Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance.
- Implement promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and in-store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
