Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, engagement, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets, including promotional activities and upselling techniques.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolving escalated issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster professional development and team cohesion.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as company protocols for loss prevention.
- Coordinate with the management team to execute merchandising plans, stock replenishment, and visual display updates.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and managing teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office) and inventory management tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
