Responsibility
- Promote and sell Home Credit’s financial products (e.g., installment plans, loans) to customers in assigned retail outlets or partner stores.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by actively engaging with potential customers and converting leads.
- Provide clear, accurate information about Home Credit’s services, terms, and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store managers, and staff to maximize collaboration.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer inquiries or objections professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Home Credit’s product portfolio and market trends.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and track performance metrics using provided tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or financial services (preferably in consumer finance or banking).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, or sales software is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Residents of Bali or willing to relocate to the specified areas.
