Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Promote sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, verifying shipments, and updating inventory records.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
