Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
  • Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Promote sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, verifying shipments, and updating inventory records.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
