Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Monitor store inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing shrinkage.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS management.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and maintaining brand reputation.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
