Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor store inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing shrinkage.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS management.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and maintaining brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
