Responsibility
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to high-net-worth clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP customers to drive repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, brand heritage, and industry trends to deliver expert insights.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store events, promotions, and exclusive client appointments.
- Handle transactions, inventory management, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Represent the brand at local events and networking opportunities to expand our clientele.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-end environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Strong sense of style, fashion trends, and an appreciation for luxury brands.
