As a Motoris, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods across Bali’s bustling areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to designated locations within Bali.
- Follow optimized routes to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and condition of goods upon arrival.
- Conduct pre- and post-ride inspections of the motorcycle to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, including professional communication with clients and recipients.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions accurately and securely when required.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to the dispatch team promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum RAM of 3 GB on your smartphone (required for navigation and tracking apps).
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a motorcycle courier or in a similar delivery role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, especially in Badung and surrounding tourist areas.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Basic smartphone literacy to use delivery and GPS applications.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
