Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory data, and other KPIs to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet performance targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
