Responsibility
- Drive daily sales targets by providing personalized customer service and product recommendations.
- Lead by example in achieving and exceeding individual and team sales KPIs.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff to enhance their performance.
- Manage inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Support basic administrative tasks, including sales reports and stock audits.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional strategies and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic retail operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
