As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in daily store operations, from assisting customers with inquiries to maintaining product displays and processing transactions. Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout by restocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring displays are up-to-date.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Promote current sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies, including health and safety standards, to ensure a secure shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is beneficial.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
