Responsibility
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets
- Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for stock replenishment
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and retail management software
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Experience in inventory management and merchandising is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification is a plus
