As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse portfolio of high-quality consumer products, including household essentials, personal care items, and food products. You’ll work closely with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and availability while identifying new business opportunities to fuel our growth. Responsibility

  • Drive sales growth by promoting and selling WINGS Group’s portfolio of consumer products to retail outlets, modern trade, and traditional markets across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and strategic account planning.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new retail partnerships to expand our distribution network and market reach.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, optimal shelf placement, and visibility, while addressing any stock or merchandising issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including store owners, managers, and purchasing teams, to foster long-term business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and brand activation campaigns.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, market feedback, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or FMCG sales, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape, including modern trade, traditional markets, and tourism-driven outlets, is a plus.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) and manage a dynamic schedule.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools.
  • Possession of a valid motorcycle license and willingness to use personal transportation for field visits is highly preferred.
