Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned FMCG products in the Bali region.
- Conduct field visits to retailers, wholesalers, and potential clients to promote Sasa products and secure orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and resolution of customer inquiries or complaints.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and expense documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, discounts, and in-store activations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMA) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, retail, or direct selling (preferably in Bali or similar markets).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to lift and transport product samples (up to 20 kg) as needed.
- Prior experience with Sasa products or similar FMCG brands is highly advantageous.
