Responsibility
- Oversee daily mall store operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and brand guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate store staff to maintain high performance, productivity, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and execute promotional activities and visual merchandising to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to prepare reports, budgets, and operational plans.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure a seamless, premium shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
