Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including POS management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Drive sales of IT products (e.g., smartphones, laptops, accessories) through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and health/safety regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, fostering long-term loyalty.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and execute promotional campaigns to boost revenue.
- Train staff on product features, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail supervision, preferably in IT/consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations diplomatically.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, e.g., Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
