Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates in the Softline Apparel and Hardline departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the store management team to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant managerial role, preferably in apparel or hardline departments.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management, merchandising, and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (verbal and written).
- Passion for retail, fashion, or consumer products with a customer-first mindset.
