Responsibility
- Supervise and lead the grocery department team, ensuring efficient daily operations and high productivity.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and rotation to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all departmental areas.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and team performance.
- Collaborate with other department heads to streamline store operations and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant supervisory role within retail, preferably in grocery or FMCG sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain store standards.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
