Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across all outlets under Biru Laut Abadi, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve operational targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to align operations with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and availability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail, hospitality, or F&B.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in a multi-outlet environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management, supply chain logistics, and financial reporting.
- Experience working in Bali or a similar tourism-driven market is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
