As a key player in the Retail & Consumer Products sector, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and drive customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and clients in Bali’s competitive market.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, trade activations, and brand campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and ethical standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s retail landscape and distribution networks.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
