Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product features and benefits.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Dyson products and other premium consumer electronics to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product displays, and cycle counts.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or luxury consumer goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about premium electronics and home appliances.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as needed.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail is advantageous.
