Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Havaianas' brand values
- Assist in store opening/closing procedures and cash handling operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support the Store Manager in operational reporting and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and customer service
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management
- Legal right to work in Indonesia
