Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, monitoring expiration dates, and placing orders.
- Educate customers on health and wellness products, promotions, and proper usage.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy retail environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in promotional activities, including setting up displays and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification; diploma in Pharmacy or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, health supplements, and OTC medications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
