Responsibility
- Execute daily retail sales activities to meet and exceed assigned sales targets for key products and territories.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product demonstrations, inquiries, and after-sales support.
- Maintain outlet presentation standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Collect and report market feedback, customer insights, and competitor activities to the sales team.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, in-store events, and collaborations with marketing teams.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Uphold company policies, health & safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a team, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for sales and a customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office) and numerical accuracy.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates in target areas).
