Responsibility
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and presentations to highlight SHARPâs latest innovations.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SHARPâs product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Collaborate with retail staff to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Set up and manage promotional displays, brochures, and marketing materials in assigned locations.
- Provide excellent after-sales support, including troubleshooting and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service (preferably in electronics or appliances).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SHARP products or a willingness to learn quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on retail demands.
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor to represent the SHARP brand.
- Basic proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa) is preferred.
