Responsibility
- Develop and execute in-store promotion strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and store managers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities to engage customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet demand.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Organize and participate in local events, trade shows, and community engagements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or promotional roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (Canggu/Jimbaran/Nusa Dua or Ubud/Kuta/Badung).
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is advantageous.
