Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate fuel deliveries, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and operational activities for reporting purposes.
- Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and safety protocols to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with regional managers to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, or fuel industry practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting tools.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
- Open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
