Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct in-store and outdoor promotions, including product demonstrations and sampling.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space or promotional booth.
- Collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to improve product offerings.
- Handle cash transactions, inventory tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
- Represent the brand positively at all times, adhering to company standards and values.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Outgoing, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (e.g., promotional materials).
