Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff coordination.
- Support the store supervisor in managing inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Monitor sales targets and customer service standards, providing feedback to improve store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership and operational skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail best practices.
- Contribute to promotional activities, in-store events, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
