Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cashier supervision.
- Support the store supervisor in team coordination, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in training sessions on retail best practices, leadership, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales targets and contribute to strategies for achieving store KPIs.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in staff onboarding and training for new team members.
- Generate reports on sales, stock levels, and customer feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail operations or prior experience in a retail environment (advantageous but not required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Leadership potential with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to commit to a 12-month apprenticeship program with potential for permanent placement.
