Responsibility

  • Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales transactions.
  • Support the store supervisor in managing staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring team productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the logistics team for replenishment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance customer appeal.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist in tracking sales performance, analyzing reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
