Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales transactions.
- Support the store supervisor in managing staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring team productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the logistics team for replenishment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance customer appeal.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in tracking sales performance, analyzing reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Uphold MR.DIY’s brand values, policies, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, or sales is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic POS systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional local dialects are a bonus).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
